01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PlayMC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02The PlayMC service
PlayMC provides free subdomain management for Minecraft servers. The platform lets eligible users point a supported PlayMC address to an IP address or hostname and configure a Minecraft server port.
PlayMC provides an address-routing service. It does not host your Minecraft server, server files, world data, or player data.
03Accounts and access
Account access is provided through Discord. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Discord account used to access PlayMC and for activity performed through your PlayMC account.
Roles, permissions, and address limits are enforced by the platform. You may not attempt to bypass those controls or access administrative functions without authorization.
04Acceptable use
You must not use PlayMC to support unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity. This includes:
- Pointing an address to systems you do not control or have permission to use.
- Using the service for phishing, malware, denial-of-service activity, fraud, or impersonation.
- Attempting to interfere with PlayMC, its DNS infrastructure, accounts, or security controls.
- Using automated methods to evade limits, moderation, validation, or rate controls.
05Addresses and DNS
PlayMC subdomains remain part of PlayMC's supported root domains. Creating an address does not transfer ownership of a root domain or guarantee permanent use of a particular address.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the target host and port you provide. DNS changes may take time to appear for some players because external resolvers can cache earlier records.
06Moderation and suspension
PlayMC may remove addresses, suspend accounts, or restrict access when necessary to enforce these terms, protect the platform, respond to abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Suspension may remove active DNS records associated with the account. Administrative actions are subject to the permissions and moderation behavior implemented by the platform.
07Availability and changes
The service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Features, supported domains, limits, or access may change as PlayMC is maintained. We may update these terms when the service or its requirements change.
08Disclaimer
PlayMC is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PlayMC and its operators are not responsible for losses resulting from server downtime, DNS caching, an incorrect target, account compromise, or interruption of the service.
PlayMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
